Unless otherwise specified, only PHCA members may earn CEU credits by attending our monthly webinars – this is a “member-only” benefit. Future PHCA members may register to attend our webinars but will not receive a continuing education credit for their participation.

This session is part three of our three-part, AL/PC-focused webinar series on “The Why, the What, the How: Developing a Meaningful Sales and Marketing Framework.”

Once we can understand why we need a clear systematic approach to sales and marketing and we have hired the most talented person for the position, how do we actually implement it? What should be included, how should the numbers be forecasted? What activities, how many and how often should be included?

 

Objectives:

  • Discuss the process for developing a system that begins with knowing what is required to be successful in this role, hiring the right person, creating measurable outcomes that result into accountability.
  • Explain how forecasting works to determine the most accurate and measurable goals to include in the system.
  • Demonstrate how to develop a sales and marketing system for their market, their facility or community and their budget.
