Starting in December 1, 2017 certain employers are going to be required to submit their injury and illness information (2016 Form 300A) electronically to OSHA. PHCA has scheduled a Silver – Achievement in Quality workshop to provide applicants with the tools and resources they need to apply for the Silver National Quality Award. A requirement of the program is to receive a Bronze – Commitment to Quality Award before applying at the Silver level.
