For 65 years, PHCA has been proud to serve as Pennsylvania’s premier long-term and post-acute care association, providing our members with advocacy, information and education to enhance quality care for those residing or recuperating in our commonwealth’s assisted living residences, personal care homes and nursing centers.

One of our most cherished and time-honored traditions is our annual awards program, where we recognize individual long-term and post-acute staff who go the extra mile to not only ensure that their residents and patients receive outstanding care, but also improve the lives of those living and working in their facility. We recognize the commitment, innovation, leadership and teamwork of these unsung heroes and celebrate their dedication to the people in their care.
