Eligibility for Voting (Facility) Membership is defined as any health care facility and/or assisted living facility/personal care home licensed in Pennsylvania, which has as its primary function the provision of extended care to the public.

Voting (Facility) Membership Dues

Voting membership dues are determined by the number of facilities owned and the number of beds in those facilities.
