July 12, 2022 @ 11:00 am - 12:30 pm

CEUs – 1.5 CEU for SNF, AL, PC, nurses

Long-term care leaders are traumatized, fatigued, disillusioned and, in some cases, hopeless to recover from the COVID-19 pandemic. With many seasoned leaders opting out of the next chapter of long-term care, valuable experiential knowledge and support is out of reach for a new generation of leaders. Let the next generation of long-term care consumers tell you what they want and need.

This multi-media program will inspire a renewed energy and willingness to move ahead in those contemplating jumping ship. Moreover, this conversation will motivate a new leadership perspective, moving all leaders to be creative and tenacious in meeting the challenges of the emerging culture of long-term care.

This is the first in a two-part webinar series offered by Barbara Speedling, quality of life specialist.
