In preparation for the rollout of Pennsylvania’s new nursing facility regulations, the Pennsylvania Health Care Association (PHCA) has developed resources to support providers in meeting the new requirements. One of those resources is a new Resident Rights poster, which reflects updates to the rights of a nursing facility resident outlined in the new regulations.

You should have recently received a tube mailing which included a Resident Rights poster for use in your building. We understand there may be a need for additional posters or translated handouts (Spanish only) to meet the needs of your residents. These posters and handouts are now available for purchase.
