Over the past several months, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), Center for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), the Pennsylvania Department of Health, and the Pennsylvania Department of Human Services have released a significant number of directives, orders and guidance for long-term care providers in response to the COVID-19 pandemic.
