Welcome to CHC News. PHCA will use this newsletter to keep PHCA membership informed about the state’s implementation of Managed Long-Term Services and Supports (MLTSS), which Pennsylvania has named Community HealthChoices (CHC).
The current implementation schedule for CHC is as follows: Phase 1 began in January 2018 in the Southwest region. Phase 2 is scheduled to begin in January 2019 in the Southeast region. Phase 3 is scheduled to begin in January 2020 in the remainder of the state.
