Mission/Purpose Statement:  The Foundation for Excellence in Long-Term Care, d/b/a the “PHCA Foundation” was established in 1993  as a charitable organization under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code to collect funds from gifts and donations.  The proceeds of the PHCA Foundation are to be utilized for the educational purposes and for funding programs and projects to enhance the quality of life for those individuals in need of long-term care services as well as to assist individuals who wish to pursue or have  a career in long-term care to the benefit of Pennsylvania’s vulnerable seniors.
