PHCA Annual Convention and Trade Show
September 26-28, 2017 at the Seven Springs Mountain Resort
What’s Included: Attendee registration includes education/CEUs, three breakfasts, three lunches, daily beverage breaks, one dinner (Mountainside BBQ) and the entrance to the exhibit hall. Exhibitor registration includes breakout sessions and 2 tickets per booth for the Mountainside BBQ.

You may also register for the convention using the enclosed form. The educational sessions are subject to change.
PHCA-PAC Golf Tournament: The 2017 PHCA-PAC Golf Tournament is Monday, September 25, 2017 at Seven Springs Mountain Resort Golf Course (Prior to Convention). Registration, driving range and lunch is at 10:30 am followed by an 11:30 am shotgun start. The cost to play is $150 per golfer, which supports the PHCA PAC. Registration covers a round of golf, golf cart, driving range privileges, lunch, beverages, and prizes. You do not need a foursome to play, individual players welcome. If you do sign up a foursome it will cost $500. Register online.
PHCA-PAC Clay Shooting: The 2017 PHCA-PAC Sporting Clay Event is Wednesday, September 27, 2017 at 2:30 pm at Seven Springs Mountain Resort. Rated one of the best sporting clay facilities in the country, Sporting Clays at Seven Springs takes advantage of the natural beauty of the surrounding Laurel Highlands. This event is great for novice and competitive shooters of all ages. This event is $150 per shooter. Register online.
Hotel Reservation: To receive the PHCA negotiated overnight room rate of $136/night plus 9% sales and occupancy tax, please mention you are with the PHCA Convention and Trade Show and make your reservation before August 31. Call 800-452-2223 or 814-352-7777, Ext. 7009 to make reservations. Parking at Seven Springs Mountain Resort is free of charge and plentiful.
Hotel Cancellation Policy: A full deposit refund will be made on an individual reservation made within the block if cancelled 14 days prior to arrival.
Attendee Special Services: When you register, you will be asked if you require any special services, such as special dietary needs. Please let us know if you do and we’ll be happy to accommodate you.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made on or before Friday, September 15 will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. All cancellations made on or after September 16 will not be eligible for a refund.
