The leadership webinar series will be presented by Kimberly A. Delbo, MSN, RN-BC, CSN, CDP and Angela Hummel, SHRM-SCP, SPHR, CPLP, RCC, both with Radiant & Resilient Leadership, LLC.

Amidst the existing chaos of 21st century healthcare redesign, leaders in healthcare must be prepared to lead change projects which shape healthcare practices, policy, and education. It is imperative for leaders in healthcare to identify problems and promote effective change when seeking to realize improvement and translate evidence based research into practice innovation.

This interactive 5-part virtual leadership series will be provided in partnership with the Pennsylvania Health Care Association and Radiant & Resilient Leadership in an effort to bring care back to caring while empowering healthcare leaders with the knowledge and skills necessary to effectively lead within their organizations and communities amidst the given state of chaos in healthcare. This online learning series will be designed for current leaders, administrators, management or high-potential leaders, who are currently supervising others or are poised to do so within the next 6-12 months.

The goal of this series will be to provide leadership education to participants while educating them on the unique challenges of healthcare, specifically long term care, and what it will take to continue to provide high quality care in the years to come, all while facing staffing shortages, caregiver burnout, a shifting aging population demographic representative of high healthcare utilizers, low levels of employee engagement and high turnover, as well as the data revolution and shift towards a value based payment model.

Participants could receive up to a total of five CEUs. You will receive one credit for each of the five sessions.
