Webinar: Mandatory Abuse Reporting Provisions of the Older Adults Protective Services Act

This webinar will focus on outlining the mandatory abuse reporting provisions of the Older Adults Protective Services Act including specific steps to be taken when reporting abuse and what types of abuse require additional reporting.

Learning Objectives:

  • Participants will understand the definition of abuse
  • Participants will understand the mandatory abuse reporting requirements of the law
  • Participants will understand when and how to report all abuse including the additional reporting requirements when the abuse is either serious physical injury, serious bodily injury, suspicious death or sexual abuse

CEUs: This webinar is approved for one CEU for nursing home, personal care and assisted living administrators.
