PHCA hosts a number of opportunities to earn continuing education credits throughout the year via monthly webinars and in-person learning sessions. 

EARNING CEU CREDITS

Unless otherwise specified, only PHCA members may earn CEU credits by attending our monthly webinars – this is a “member-only” benefit. Future PHCA members may register to attend our webinars but will not receive a continuing education credit for their participation.

Webinar: Livanta: BFCC-QIO Appeals, Quality of Care Complaints and Provider Responsibilities

Please join Livanta, the Beneficiary and Family Centered Care – Quality Improvement Organization (BFCC-QIO) for a one hour educational webinar.  Bryan will provide more information about Livanta, the QIO program, the appeals and quality of care complaint process, and information resources available to PHCA members.  It has been a few weeks since the transition from KEPRO to Livanta and attending the webinar will give members the opportunity to better understand the review process and ask questions.  Bryan will also be presenting important information about Medicare required patient notifications, Memoranda of Understanding (MOAs) and provider Best Practices.
