Unless otherwise specified, only PHCA members may earn CEU credits by attending our monthly webinars – this is a “member-only” benefit. Future PHCA members may register to attend our webinars but will not receive a continuing education credit for their participation.

Webinar: Is Your Business Ready to Re-Open? What You Need to Know!

This webinar will be presented by Robyn Colajezzi, Director of Commercial Marketing and Mike McGrory, Owner & OSHA Certified Instructor, both with SERVPRO of Germantown, Upper Bucks and Pennypack/Bustleton.

The Coronavirus has had a major impact on long-term care facilities throughout the U.S.  During the presentation, we will review what’s currently known and unknown of SARS-CoV-2 and the PA Department of Health orders and requirements for businesses.  We will discuss the ‘new normal’ cleaning standards and HVAC considerations.  We will also go over post-pandemic decisions for business owners and back-to-work guidance.

Your learning objectives include:

  1. Review COVID-19 facts and PA DOH orders for businesses.
  2. Discuss cleaning protocols, equipment and HVAC considerations.
  3. Provide post-pandemic guidance including developing an infectious disease response plan, touch point adjustments, directional maps and signage and communication planning to name a few.
