Webinar: Employee Recognition – Ceca Foundation

Mr. Hamme will provide the foundations and principles of effective employee recognition programs and their impact on employee satisfaction and productivity.  Tips and tools for conducting an employee recognition ceremony will be provided.  Opportunities and support offered by the Ceca Foundation to PHCA members to facilitate their own Employee of the Quarter programs will be provided.  The Ceca program is available now to PHCA members statewide.
