Succession planning in an organization goes well beyond the top level positions. On Thursday, December 7 at 10:00 am, PHCA is hosting a one-hour webinar that will describe the Succession Development Plan process, including the identification of current talent, where gaps exist and how to prepare your talent for future positions within the organization. Several models and tools will be provided to participants to develop a comprehensive development plan for their talent and create an organization-wide succession plan.
