Unless otherwise specified, only PHCA members may earn CEU credits by attending our monthly webinars – this is a “member-only” benefit. Future PHCA members may register to attend our webinars but will not receive a continuing education credit for their participation.

This webinar series will be presented by Paula Sanders, Principal, Chair, Health Care Practice Group Post & Schell, P.C., in three-parts. Each webinar will focus on different regulatory requirements, review the guidance provided in the updated State Operations Manual and how compliance will be assessed at survey.

The second of the series will focus on Abuse, Neglect, Grievance, New Reporting Requirements and QAPI.

Learning Objectives:

  1. Attendees will gain an understanding of the new survey expectations.
  2. Attendees will be able to develop examples that they can use when training staff on the new Requirements of Participation in their facilities.
  3. Attendees will have the knowledge to determine and consider changes that may need to be implemented in their facilities to achieve compliance.
