Pennsylvania OBRA Changes: Best Practices for Efficient and Accurate Reporting

June 9, 2021 @ 10:00 am - 11:00 am

This webinar will be presented by Michael J. Nicodemus, Director of Clinical Reimbursement with Quality Life Services.

On July 1, 2021, Pennsylvania will start collecting data to calculate PDPM scores on OBRA assessments.  How are you currently collecting this data for Medicare?  How do your operations need to change to establish and document these items for OBRA assessments?  We will review best practice operations to establish this information accurately and efficiently using an interdisciplinary team meeting approach.  We will discuss potential documentation requirements and what this data could mean to your facility quality reporting going forward.

Your learning objectives include:

  1. Learning best data collection and reporting practices.
  2. Discovering a new interdisciplinary team meeting approach.
  3. Reviewing potential documentation requirements.
  4. Learning what the data could mean to the facility quality reporting from now on.
