Unless otherwise specified, only PHCA members may earn CEU credits by attending our monthly webinars – this is a “member-only” benefit. Future PHCA members may register to attend our webinars but will not receive a continuing education credit for their participation.

With the new Patient Driven Payment Model (PDPM) becoming effective beginning October 1, 2019, it is imperative that providers work on strengthening their interdisciplinary teams to create a holistic approach to admissions, documentation, and billing to maximize reimbursement under this new Medicare fee-for-service payment model.
PHCA is offering a half-day workshop to assist providers in building a holistic team approach that will focus on admissions and billing. The morning workshop is for admissions staff and the afternoon workshop is for the billing staff. A full-day workshop is also available which includes both the Admissions Workshop and the Billing Workshop with lunch on your own.
Mr. Hamme will provide the foundations and principles of effective employee recognition programs and their impact on employee satisfaction and productivity. Tips and tools for conducting an employee recognition ceremony will be provided. Opportunities and support offered by the Ceca Foundation to PHCA members to facilitate their own Employee of the Quarter programs will be provided.
