Register today for the 2016 PHCA-PAC Golf Tournament on Monday, September 26, 2016 at the Crossgates Golf Club, 1 Crossland Pass, Millersville PA 17551
Prior to the start of the PHCA Annual Convention, the golf tournament begins with lunch at 11:30 am, followed by a shotgun start at 12:30 pm.
The cost to play is $125 per golfer, which supports the PHCA PAC. Registration covers a round of golf, golf cart, driving range privileges, lunch, beverages and prizes. You do not need a foursome to play, individual players welcome. Individual golfers are asked to include their average score with their registration.
Opportunities are also available to sponsor a hole or a skill competition.
