B-15: Shared Governance and Navigating the Journey to Accreditation

The session will focus on how implementation of a shared governance model can positively affect your facilities outcomes and increase staff retention.  The steps taken to implement standards for accreditation will be reviewed and real life examples from a facility will be shared.  Tips to success with the ANCC Pathway to Excellence model will be shared.
