United Church of Christ HomesUnited Church of Christ Homes is accepting applications for its DIRECTOR OF CLINICAL CONSULTING & EDUCATION position. This is an exempt position based out of our corporate office in Camp Hill, PA.
Responsibilities include provision of clinical oversight and support to six communities throughout Central PA, defining and developing clinical policies based on long-term care regulations, participating in QAPI, mock surveys, infection control protocol development, and clinical education of nursing management staff.
The qualified individual will possess a valid PA RN license, long-term care management experience, RNAC and Infection Control certification, and a thorough understanding of long-term care regulations and clinical reimbursement practices.
