Closest Parking Options

On street multi-space parking meters on 2nd Street or any side street. These meters accept credit cards or coins.

South Street Parking Garage (the closest parking garage, just steps from the PHCA office):

Pass the PHCA office at 315 N. 2nd Street (green townhouses on the right just past Pine Street intersection). At next traffic light, turn right onto State Street. Turn right onto Susquehanna Street. The garage will be on your right. From South Street, walk from garage toward 2nd Street, at Y in alley, stay to the left of the yellow building. Enter PHCA from back parking lot entrance (not marked) or front of building. A PHCA staff member will be happy to buzz you in.

River Street Parking Garage:

Stay in the left lane on 2nd Street. This garage is located on the 200 block of 2nd Street about one block from the PHCA office (opposite side of the road from PHCA). The PHCA office is located at 315 N. 2nd Street (green townhouses on the right just past Pine Street intersection).
