Service to Seniors
The Pennsylvania Health Care Association (PHCA) advocates for compassionate, quality, long-term care for Pennsylvania’s elderly and disabled residents. Our more than 500 members include long-term care and senior service providers who tend to the needs of more than 50,000 elderly and disabled individuals.
PHCA provides leadership and a unified voice for the senior care profession, offering information, education, advocacy and guidance relating to the quality of care. The Association prides itself on giving our members the tools and support they need to improve the lives of people residing or recuperating in Pennsylvania skilled nursing facilities, post-acute providers, assisted living residences or personal care homes.
Among our members are for-profit, nonprofit and government-affiliated nursing homes, assisted living residences and personal care homes. Additional PHCA members are businesses that offer services to long-term care providers, such as pharmacies, rehabilitation clinics, attorneys, accountants, architects and health care technology.
To promote our members’ common interest in creating and sustaining a robust, resident-centered, high-quality care delivery system for Pennsylvania’s aging and disabled population.
